Nenad Dukic

  • Nenad DukicNenad Dukic is a film critic of Radio Belgrade and film correspondent for the BBC World Service and Berlin radio RBB. He has published film reviews, comments and theoretical texts in various Yugoslav, Serbian and foreign film magazines. He was correspondent of LA’s The Hollywood Reporter and writes for the  Belgrade film quarterly Filmograph.
    He was vice-president of The International Federation of Film Critics (FIPRESCI), vice-president of the Balkan Film Board and is now a member of the Board of the Serbian Film Academy.
    He was artistic director of Belgrade’s International film festival – FEST, programmer of the San Sebastian film festival, and the British film festival in Belgrade.
    In 2001. Nenad Dukic founded SEE Film, NGO which specializes in working
    on cooperation among countries of South Eastern Europe in various spheres
    of filmmaking activity.
    Nenad Dukic graduated in 1974. and received an MA degree at the Faculty of dramatic arts, Belgrade. He leactures on films at Universities, including George Mason University (Washington DC) and William Paterson University (New York).
